SIU Privacy Policy

SIU takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle information when providing football social, match organization and team management services.

1. Information We Collect

With your authorization, we may process account identifiers, nickname, avatar, birthday, gender, football position preference, friend and team relationships, match records, rating content, device and network info, as well as pitch or location info you actively provide.

2. Purpose of Use

The information is used to complete sign-in, display your profile, provide matchmaking and communication features, record games, maintain account security, handle reports, improve the product and meet legal obligations.

3. Permissions

SIU requests location only while you use nearby pitch, matchmaking or shared-location features. Photo library, microphone and notification permissions are requested only when you choose to use those features. You can change permissions in iOS Settings, though the relevant feature may then be unavailable.

4. Information Sharing

Except as needed to deliver the service, with your consent or as required by law, we do not sell personal information. We may use compliant cloud, login and messaging service providers and require them to take reasonable security measures.

5. Storage & Security

We retain information only for as long as needed to fulfill the service purpose and use access control, transport encryption and least privilege. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify account-related service records; limited backup or security records may remain for the shortest period required by law or security needs.

6. Your Rights

You can edit your profile and privacy settings in the app. To delete your account, go to Me > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, friend relationships, direct messages and rooms you created. For access or correction requests, contact us by official email.

7. Minors

Minors should use the service with the guidance and consent of a guardian. If we discover information collected from minors without proper consent, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
